Activated Athletics — SMS Terms & Conditions

By opting in to receive text messages from Activated Athletics, you agree to the following terms.

1. Program Description

Activated Athletics's SMS program sends class reminders, schedule changes, camp and workshop updates, and promotional offers (such as discounts, new program announcements, and event invitations) to subscribers who have opted in.

2. Opt-In

By submitting your phone number through our website forms or in-person sign-up and checking the consent box (or otherwise agreeing), you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Activated Athletics at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or class enrollment.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your class schedule, enrollment status, and current promotions. You may receive multiple messages per week during active camp/event periods.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Activated Athletics does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.

5. Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the number you've been messaging from. After you send "STOP," we will send you a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive messages from us. If you'd like to re-join, sign up again through our website or in person.

6. Help

Text HELP at any time to receive assistance, or contact us directly at natural@activatedathletics.org.

7. Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers supported include, but are not limited to, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most major US carriers.

8. Privacy

Your information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell your phone number or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

9. Changes to Terms

Activated Athletics reserves the right to update these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
