Cancellation Policy
At Activated Athletics, all membership cancellations are processed on the last day of the month, regardless of when the cancellation request is submitted. There is no waiting period or required advance notice.

If you submit your cancellation request on the 1st of the month, your membership will remain active through the end of the month and will be canceled on the last day of that same month.

If you submit your cancellation request on the 29th of the month, your cancellation will still be processed on the last day of that same month.

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (in person or via email).

Once processed, your membership will end on the last calendar day of that month, and billing will discontinue after that date.
